At Jack & Stella, we're all about creating a chill, safe, and welcoming space where you can shake off the stress and reconnect with what matters most—your well-being. Our mission at its core is to drive community building; to be the local hub where everyone can come to be entertained, inspired, and comfortable. We believe by introducing our new Wellness Program we will only enhance our strong community while encouraging a positive and active lifestyle to every person that walks through our doors.
Picture this: nestled in Bala's historic Balacade, you'll find our cozy hideaway, just waiting for you to kick off your shoes and find your zen. We're offering not one, not two, but THREE Pilates/ Yoga classes every single day! Whether you're a beginner looking to dip your toes in or a seasoned pro ready to dive deep, there's a class for you. We're here to help you stretch, strengthen, and let go of whatever's weighing you down. So come break a sweat or just take a breather, and join us for some good vibes and even better company. We promise, it will quickly become your "go-to" spot for getting active and finding your inner peace, one class at a time.

- 3 classes running 7 days a week! These classes will range between Pilates and Yoga foundations.
- Meet us at the Balacade 5 minutes before your scheduled class starts.
- We'll provide Yoga mats ands equipment- just bring your own water bottle!
- Get your 10th class FREE with our punch cards- given to all attendees upon arrival.
- We're offering a 'Sip & Chat' social hour from 11:00-12:00 every Tuesday.
- We're hosting special wellness and lifestyle related workshops every Sunday.
- Ensure all waivers are completed upon arrival. These will be sent via email with your booking confirmation!
Instructors
Maxwell's journey into Pilates began in 2019 when injuries halted her usual high-impact fitness routines. Looking for a solution, she turned to Pilates and was captivated by its transformative power, not just physically but mentally as well. After years of practicing pilates, Maxwell decided to complete her full STOTT pilates certification to become a teacher herself. Maxwell is also knowledgeable in the realm of nutrition as she's a fully certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.
