Yoga Instructors

Logan Hannay

With a deep appreciation for both movement and mindfulness, Logan came to yoga as a way to reconnect with herself beyond the pace of everyday life. What began as a physical practice quickly became something more grounding—an anchor for balance, clarity, and presence.

Logan values the blend of strength and stillness that yoga offers, and how it creates space to both challenge and restore. In her classes, she aims to create an environment where you can show up exactly as you are—whether you’re seeking energy, a good sweat, release, or simply a moment to breathe. You can expect to leave feeling stronger, more centered, and more in tune with yourself.

Logan completed her 200-hour YTT in Guatemala in January 2025 and has been loving teaching Vinyasa, Power, and Yin classes ever since. She can’t wait to move with you!

Annie Rukavina

Annie has been a yoga teacher for 8 years and was trained right here in Bala, so she has a lot to give back. Her heartstrings are attached.

Annie is a retired elementary school teacher. She enjoys teaching a hatha yoga style with music. She promotes showing up to yoga with inquisitiveness, as yoga offers clarity. It aligns ones actions with intentions and empowers people to move through their day. Yoga reconnects one with their bodies. Whether it is 10 minutes or a full hour, moving breath and body shifts the mind.

It is Annie's intention to breathe together, receive energy from each other and release what no longer serves. In this community we can recharge and step off the mat energized and self aware.

See you on the mat!

Maddy Dececco

Maddy is a 200hr yoga instructor who's been teaching for 6 years and practicing for over a decade. She found yoga at a time of transition when she stopped dancing and needed an outlet to move her body.

Maddy's classes tend to flow in a way similar to a dance, moving with intention and creating a space open to expressing yourself freely. She sets a tone at the beginning of her classes to remove any expectations, allowing you to show up exactly as you are. Through creating a safe, healing, and creative space in her classes, she hopes after you leave that you feel better than when you walked in, a little more at ease.

Hannah Williams

Hannah is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor who completed her training with Yoga Union in Bali, Indonesia. Rooted in a strong foundational practice, she brings both intention and authenticity to every class she teaches. Her offerings range from dynamic vinyasa and power flows to slower, more restorative yin and breathwork-based practices, allowing students to meet themselves wherever they are while also building strength and resilience. In a world that often feels fast-paced and demanding, Hannah discovered yoga at a time when she needed to slow down, reconnect, and cultivate presence.

What began as a personal refuge has since become a transformative way of life, shaping how she moves, thinks, and shows up each day.She believes yoga extends far beyond the physical practice, encouraging mindfulness, balance, and self-awareness in all aspects of life. Hannah is passionate about creating a welcoming and grounding space where students can feel both challenged and supported.

She invites you to come to your mat exactly as you are, no expectations, just openness to the experience. You can expect to leave her classes feeling restored, present, focused, and strong.

Samantha Weeda

Samantha’s health and fitness journey has brought her to this moment. After being a Spin Instructor for over 5 years Sam’s passion for health and fitness has lead her
to becoming a Vinyasa Yoga Instructor.

When coming to Sam’s class you can expect a flow paired with conscious breath work and fluid motion that is designed to help you be in the moment and stay grounded. Sam aims at making her class accessible for everyone with a focus on community in a safe and positive environment. She is ready to bring you a practise that will propel you forwards with positivity, clarity, strength and an overall sense of well being to take on the rest of your day.
